The cask-fermented 2020 Côtes de Provence Rose Garrus is another great attempt. It is a wine that helped redefine Provence rosé. It is toasty and full of vanilla, but also balanced and successful, with notes of mandarin, peach, raspberry and lime galore. Medium to full, ripe and generous, with a long finish with hints of allspice and citrus.
